RESERVATION POLICY
Once reserved, we will wait for payment for two days. If payment is not made by then we will remove the reservation and list the item for sale to other clients again.
SHIPPING INFO
We ship daily but for a cheaper shipping option, we do delivery pooling - book multiple drop offs via one driver (for buyers to divide the shipping cost among themselves).
Shipping fee via delivery pooling is Php 150.00 to Php 180.00 within Metro Manila.
We also allow clients to book their own shipping if they prefer it.
REFUND POLICY
Full refund of the item is given if the item/s are broken in transit and we are the one who booked the courier. If, however, the client opts to book his/her own courier then we cannot give a refund of the items. We also require that a photo/video proof be sent to our email at 7tablespoons.customercare@gmail.com to verify the claim for refund.
